Zhongshan Yinhai Spunlaced Nonwoven Co., Ltd is a professional manufacturer specializing in the production of spunlaced fabric, spray-glue cotton, quilting, etc. With an occupation of 100mu, it is situated in the developed industrial region of Zhujiang Delta---Lanbian Administrative District, Nanlan Town, Zhongshan City. It enjoys a convenient transportation as it is located by the Guangzhou-Zhuhai East Rail, Beijing-Zhuhai Highway and the 315 National Highway, with only 10 km from Zhongshan Harbor and 120 km from Guangzhou Airport.
　　 Yinhai Company, named Zhongshan Pengfeng Spray-glue Factory before, is a Macao-owned enterprise. It invested RMB eight million to introduce two sets of Taiwan-made Spray-glue Production Lines and eight sets of full-automatic quilting production equipments to meet the professional production of different kinds of spray-glue cotton, bulky wadding, soft wadding, washing wadding, silk-like wadding, etc, 80% of which are exported. Now we own an annual productivity of 2500 tons.
　　 To meet the market requirements and to improve our competitive ability, we invested RMB 150million in the end of 2002 to introduce a set of the-most-advanced spunlaced nonwoven production line, the core part of which were all imported, such as the Taiwan-made Dayou Carding Machine, French-made Cross Lapper, Italy-made Water Pump and Needle Slice, Japan-made Molding Net, Siemens-made Electrical Needle-control System, etc. With advanced equipments, powerful technical force and close cooperation with research institutes in and abroad, we professionally produce high quality spunlaced nonwoven in various specification with a range of 35/m2--150/ m2. The annual productivity is 1500 tons. The products are widely used in medium-high imitated PU and PVC(artificial leather), base fabric, medical sanitation material and disposable cleaning products like cosmetic facial mask , cosmetic paper , hygienic towelette , clearing cloth, etc. Our spunlaced nonwovens are characterized by the physical performances of high tensile strength both in longitudinal and transverse directions, perfect soft hand, permeability and wettability. These performances are much better than other kinds of nonwovens, so our products sell well in both domestic and foreign markets. Having taken active market surveys to keep ahead with the market requirements, we process and further process various nonwovens and make special products in special specifications for special customers.
